Items that are instant digital downloads, nothing will be shipped to you.

Once you have made a purchase, it’s yours forever!

Technical support is not included.

All items are for Personal Use only. We retain all rights, license, copyright, title, and ownership of these products.

You may NOT distribute these PDF’s, InDesign files and printables to others. This includes; reselling, relicensing, redistributing, giving away for free, or as any part of a giveaway.

If you have a discount code, only one code is allowed in the system per order. Discount codes cannot be used more than once. We are not able to make adjustments if a coupon code was not applied correctly.

All sales are limited time only and subject to change at any time.

Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final. No refunds.

By purchasing any digital downloads from this store, you agree to these terms.

Please note: Because our refund policy is crystal clear, all buyers who create a Paypal/Amazon/Bank dispute for any other reason than legitimate fraudulent activity/processing error (not due to customer error), will forfeit all rights to purchase (or acquire anything for free) in this store for life.

Processing Time

We ship from Colorado. We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that was provided.

Domestic Shipping

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If shipping via USPS it may take 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.

Personalized (custom) orders take 6-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lissa Sigle, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Our returns and refunds policy lasts 30 days with the exception of digital downloads. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us by filling out the form located here.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Your Returns

To return your product, please fill out the form located here with all the details of your return. Once processed, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
